Please carefully review your purchases before completing your transaction. Once an item has been purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless it is damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you did not know your item was a “pre order” purchase we will not refund you.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
